In her position, Ms. Byrd is responsible for heading up recruitment and for implementing training initiatives aimed at developing and attracting talent to meet our current and future needs. Tiffany brings over 20 years of human resources experience to the company. Prior to Pioneer, she was the Talent Acquisition Manager at The RoomPlace where she designed, implemented and executed hiring strategies for twenty-six retail store locations. Tiffany’s previous experience also includes Regional Human Resources Manager for a major furniture retailer and Regional Recruiting Manager for a global staffing firm. Tiffany is passionate about finding talent in unforeseen places and creating exceptional onboarding experiences, because she believes that those experiences will make Pioneer an employer of choice.
